Quality Assurance


Quality and safety are our top priorities, and all our products undergo rigorous testing to meet or exceed U.S. CPSC standards for apparel. Each item goes through four strict quality checks before shipping:

  1. Material Inspection: Ensure all fabrics are non-toxic, free of harmful chemicals (lead, phthalates), and meet our durability standards through third-party testing.
  2. Safety Testing: Verify compliance with CPSC standards (e.g., non-toxic dyes, flame-retardant fabrics for certain coat styles, secure zippers and buttons) to ensure product safety for all users.
  3. Craft Inspection: Check stitching, seams, zippers, buttons, and insulation (for coats) for durability and consistency (no loose threads, secure closures, even hems).
  4. Final Inspection: Verify packaging, tags, and product completeness to ensure the item arrives in perfect condition, free of defects.
