We offer shipping services to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam). Shipping to PO boxes is available for all products, as they are properly packaged for secure delivery.

All delicate items (e.g., wool coats, silk-blend tops) are shipped in wrinkle-resistant garment bags or reinforced boxes; sweatshirts are folded neatly with tissue paper to maintain shape and prevent pilling during transit.
Order Tracking
- After the order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking number, shipping method details, and a link to track your package directly via the courier’s website.
- For customized items, we will send production update emails (e.g., "Embroidery Completed", "Coat Ready for Shipping") to keep you informed of the progress.
- You can also log in to the personal center on our official website and view the real-time order and logistics status in "My Orders".
- If the logistics information is not updated for more than 5 business days, or shows delivered but you have not received the goods, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.
Shipping Notes
- Wool coats are packaged with moth repellents (safe, non-toxic) and breathable covers to prevent damage; fleece sweatshirts are sealed in plastic bags to avoid pilling; delicate tops are wrapped in tissue paper to prevent wrinkling. Zippers and buttons are covered with protective tape to avoid snagging.
- Please inspect the packaging for damage before signing for delivery; if damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos of the packaging, and contact us immediately to initiate a replacement.
- During U.S. holidays (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, Thanksgiving) and peak seasonal shopping periods (e.g., fall coat launches), shipping timeliness may be delayed by 1-2 business days, subject to courier notifications. We recommend placing holiday/seasonal orders in advance.
